What is Fibrous Finance?
Fibrous is the ultimate DEX aggregator and liquidity hub designed to unlock the full potential of the Starknet and Scroll ecosystems. Unlike traditional liquidity sources, Fibrous comprehensively scans all available options, intelligently splits your liquidity across them, and discovers the optimal prices and routes for swaps. This innovative approach empowers you to access the entire liquidity ecosystem on Starknet and Scroll through a single, powerful platform.
Does Fibrous have its own token?
Currently, Fibrous does not have a native token. Our primary focus is on delivering the best aggregation services to our users. Any future updates regarding tokens will be announced through our official channels.
Features and Functionality
How does Fibrous work?
Fibrous operates as an aggregator that sources liquidity and price information from multiple liquidity sources on Starknet and Scroll. It analyzes all available liquidity sources, intelligently splits your liquidity among them, and determines the optimal prices and routes for your swaps. This ensures you get the best possible execution for your trades without the need to manually check each liquidity source.
What distinguishes Fibrous from other aggregators?
Fibrous is the first liquidity aggregator built specifically for both Starknet and Scroll. By integrating with multiple liquidity sources, it provides users with access to all liquidity through a single interface. Unique features like Batch Swaps and Limit Orders enhance the trading experience by offering increased efficiency and greater control over your trades.
Which tokens can I swap on Fibrous?
While Fibrous provides a whitelist of the most commonly transacted tokens on our platform, you also have the flexibility to search for and add custom ERC20 tokens to the Fibrous interface.
Fibrous delivers all tokens available from the integrated liquidity sources on the Starknet and Scroll networks, providing you with the best trading execution. You can find any token you have the contract address or name for in the Fibrous token interface.
However, to enhance your experience, the most frequently traded tokens have been categorized and are readily listed for easy access.
Which liquidity sources is Fibrous integrated with?
Fibrous has integrated multiple liquidity sources, including prominent decentralized exchanges (DEXs), on both the Starknet and Scroll networks. These integrations allow users to access a vast array of trading options directly through Fibrous.
The following DEXs are integrated and available for use on the Starknet network:

What is a Batch Swap?
Batch Swap is a feature that allows you to trade multiple tokens for another token simultaneously in a single transaction. Fibrous ensures optimal pricing for all swaps in the batch, streamlining the process and increasing efficiency. This feature is particularly useful for portfolio rebalancing or consolidating multiple tokens into one.
What is the Fibrous Limit Order feature?
Fibrous Limit Order feature allows you to set specific price targets for your trades. Your buy or sell orders will be executed automatically when the market reaches your specified price, providing more control over your trading strategy without the need for constant monitoring.
What kind of transactions does Fibrous support?
Fibrous currently supports:
Single Swaps: Swapping one token for another with best rates.
Batch Swaps: Swapping multiple tokens for a single token in one transaction.
Limit Orders: Setting specific price targets for automatic execution.
How is Fibrous able to offer better prices?
By aggregating liquidity from multiple liquidity sources on Starknet and Scroll, Fibrous can:
Split your trade across different pools to minimize slippage.
Access deeper liquidity, reducing the impact of large orders.
Optimize routes, ensuring you get the best possible price compared to trading on a single liquidity source.
Can I be a liquidity provider on Fibrous?
No, Fibrous does not have its own liquidity sources and therefore does not accommodate individual liquidity providers. If you're interested in providing liquidity, you can do so directly on the platforms integrated with Fibrous, such as mySwap or JediSwap.
What tools does the Fibrous Interface provide to its users?
Fibrous offers a user-friendly interface with:
Integrated TradingView charts for price analysis.
Transaction history access for tracking your trades.
Portfolio Tab to see your assets and balance
Batch Swap and Limit Order features for enhanced trading strategies.
Slippage tolerance settings to control trade execution.
Real-time price updates across all integrated liquidity sources.
Fees and Costs
What is the service fee within Fibrous?
Fibrous charges a service fee that varies depending on the swap complexity:
Single-route swaps: 0.02% fee.
Multi-route swaps: 0.15% fee.
This fee is automatically deducted from the swap amount. There are no additional fees charged by Fibrous, but standard network transaction fees (gas fees) apply.
Are there any gas fees?
Yes, standard network transaction fees apply to all transactions. These fees are required to process transactions on the blockchain and are paid directly to the Ethereum validators and Layer-2 Sequencers, not to Fibrous.
How does owning a StarkRock NFT affect fees?
Owners of StarkRock NFTs enjoy the benefit of zero service fees on Fibrous. They only need to pay the standard network transaction fees, providing a cost-effective trading experience.
Security
Is Fibrous storing my tokens?
Fibrous does not store your tokens. As a non-custodial platform, all your assets remain in your wallet until you execute a transaction. Tokens are transferred directly through smart contracts during swaps, ensuring you maintain control over your funds.
What is slippage?
Slippage refers to the difference between the expected price of a trade and the price at which the trade is actually executed. Slippage can occur due to:
Market volatility: Rapid price movements.
Liquidity changes: Large trades affecting the pool balance.
Transaction delays: Network congestion causing delays.
How do I prevent slippage?
You can minimize slippage by:
Setting a slippage tolerance in the Fibrous interface.
Executing trades during stable market conditions.
Using Limit Orders to specify exact execution prices.
How does the Fibrous Limit Order enhance trading security and control?
The Limit Order feature provides:
Price Control: Trades execute only at your specified price or better.
Reduced Risk: Avoids unfavorable market conditions.
Automation: No need for constant market monitoring.
Self-Custody: Assets remain in your wallet until the order is executed.
Is constantly monitoring required to execute trades at target prices?
No, with Limit Orders, you do not need to constantly monitor the market. Once you set your order, it remains pending and will automatically execute when the market reaches your specified price.
